Getting better?

I Think im getting better, now i dont feel so guilty after eating.. but the thing is i think my body has already get used to eat less. So i can't let go of the idea of make a fast (not eating) but i dont think i'll make it.. maybe 1 day, which wont be any helpfull.. omg this totally sucks i wish i could feel full without eating.. but im always hungry.. so thats a problem, the worst thing is that the reason of my condition is.. be thin. i dont have family problems or childhood traumas, thats even worst right? i must be stupid or something. : ( i think the idea wont ever leave me alone and that is freaking me out.

You're not stupid, sol200. It's not your fault you feel this way. You don't have to know the cause yet and you don't have to think about that. Maybe you want to be thin so someone will like you and you feel like they won't otherwise. I don't think you have to figure it out in order to get better, though.
Not feeling guilty after eating means you're getting strong! If you controll it for a day or a few days or whatever, give yourself a treat that has nothing to do with food.
