Will I Become Too Thin?

I'm 5'0", 183*mod edit*. I'm supposed to be *mod edit* I want to lose 80 pounds.

But it's not about weight loss. It's mostly about control. I don't have control over all the mean things bullies say to me. But I have control over how much I eat.

I want to eat one large meal a day. I did my research and athletes do it.

Will I end up being anorexic? Is that safe?

One large 'shock' of food per day isn't recommended by most nutritionists. It is too much like binging. It can cause blood sugar spikes and other undesirable reactions.
The recommended way to weight control or regulation is by 'grazing' or multiple small healthy meals throughout the day balanced with water intake and activity. Keep weight losses or gains gradual.
You might want to consult a nutritionist or meal coach. Best of luck to you. :D
