You definitely didn't offend me. Why do you hate yourself? Have you done something to deserve hate? Since you are here now, please tell me about you, why you should be hated.

Hey again my dear,

Nobody should be hated and I will stand by anybody that suffers abuse.

You do not need to go walking to look good. Exercise does not include walking - It can be cycling, rowing, or doing weights. There are facilities for these in gyms - Would you join one of these? Again, as mentioned in your other thread, you must start changing things in your life. You have developed some bad habits surrounding your diet currently and things MUST change for you. Changing things can include new friends too - If your current friends bother you then hang-around with different people.

I would offer you my entire life if I just knew that you could be happy my dear.

Take care,
Kevster

What's that about? Exercise certainly does include walking. I walk to work and back twice a day and that's plenty exercise.

Hey hon,
I'm sorry that you're feeling so low right now... Trust me, I know what it's like to hate oneself. I've been struggling with accepting myself for years...I feel your pain, and I hope that things get better for you.
You said you just want to know opinions on what you have... I already told you that I think you might be in danger of developing Bulimia. I really think you should talk to someone about this, but I won't pressure you: only you can make the decision.
I found this article, on the internet: it's a list of 20 Ways To Lose Weight, and they've helped me lose a few pounds using healthy methods. I'm sure you look great and don't need to lose weight at all, but if it's going to make you feel better about yourself, reply to this message and I'll pm you the article.
I hope you start to feel better.... You're in my thoughts and prayers! PM me if u need to vent or talk more.
Take care,
<3

P.S. Some people may disagree with the fact that I mentioned the article on healthy weight loss, but I don't mean to say that she should be worried about her weight, because I don't think she should. I just know that when someone's determined to lose weight and people tell them that they don't need to, it's not going to stop them from doing what they have to to reach that goal. And if someone is determined to lose weight no matter what, it's better to do it in a healthy way.

I really liked Chucky's reply.

I just like to add that, you don't have to stop eating if you want to diet. Eat salads etc. Or better yet, check some good websites for dieting on the internet where you can plan your diet.

I meant to say that exercise does not ONLY include exercise. I'm well-aware that exercise is a good method for keeping fit. Yesterday I walked 19km around Dublin city, as part of my work - Doing surveys for the council. It's only summer-work though.

I agree - You might also learn facts about how the body handles food once it is ingested. From personal experience, learning how the body handles food right down to the molecular level has helped me through my Eating Disorder.

Good call, Kevin- that's helped me a lot, too. And I'm glad that you've been taking care of yourself so well! You sound like you've grown a lot more confident and healthy.

See, lilgirl90, there's hope!
