Deal with insufficiency manager?

Some times you have to work in a system that your manager has no ethic.It is very hard for me that I must work and be subjugate of a person that he is worth nothing in my opinion.A stupid man and uneducated that is now my boss and He is my boss because he is son of that sir...Could you understand?I live in a country that I see something like this more and more...

Please guide me completely,I need your guidance in this circumstance.Because I have many problems with my environment
