passive aggression and the internet

just thought i'd ask in here whether anyone has experienced this during their time interacting with others on the internet.

have you been the receiver of passive aggression from others? have you been the instigator of passive aggression online?

also a question which i'm hoping someone could answer. would it be considered passive aggression if someone wants to let another person know how they feel indirectly if the emotion wasn't anger? say a person was feeling upset and emotional and made it known to them indirectly that they were upset. they didn't want to anger the other person, they just wanted them to know how they feel. or is that classed as something else? would it be considered antagonizing?
