Rule of Thirds

I once read that 1/3 of all schizophrenics never recover from their illness,one third fully recover at some point,and one third go in and out of the disease. From anyone who knows,what causes recovery-and what precipitates re-entry into this tragic affliction for the latter group,specifically ? MR

This is an interesting question. I would imagine someone has studied the phenomenon about what causes recovery and what causes lapsing back into the condition... I think the same question could probably be asked of many different types of mental health conditions actually...

I would suggest having a look through a good library that contains published journal articles on this topic, that would probably be the best source to go to in order to find out the answer to this interesting and important question...
