User friendly version of "A slightly less pointless Quiz"

I made a version of the PID-5 chart with Better UI

In order to prevent your scores from being messed up by another user while entering them, I strongly recommend copy & pasting the "enter scores here" sheet into another, personal, spreadsheet, and then pasting your scores back into the spreadsheet.

I also didn't fill out the question titles, if you can do some while your at it, that would be fantastic. Everything is auto-scoring though!

I score >1 on withdrawal, anhedonia, intimacy avoidance, distractability, perceptual dysregulation (which is DP/DR stuff for me), submissiveness, restricted affectivity and depressivity (in order from highest to lowest).

grrr... why won't [table] work?

I downloaded your spreadsheet and fixed it. I tried to correct it online but the formulas are locked for editing. On sheet1 the references to the manually entered scores are all in error. Just fix the top reference, and copy/paste down the column and (voila) it's fixed.
