Thanks for your quick reply, Hax.
In theory this treatment works, but in practice this therapy has minimal empirical support.
For example(I already made good investigation on this topic)
Masturbatory reconditioning with sexual deviates: An evaluative review http://www.mendeley.com/research/masturbatory-reconditioning-sexual-deviates-evaluative-review/
Masturbatory reconditioning procedures all involve having the client use masturbation to modify his sexual preferences. Four methods of masturbatory reconditioning-thematic shift, fantasy alternation, directed masturbation, and satiation-are evaluated. There are few controlled studies and no group comparison studies. Most of the literature involves uncontrolled case reports and expresses confidence in the application of these procedures. However, a careful appraisal of the evidence offers little encouragement for thematic shift or fantasy alternation, but some hope that directed masturbation and satiation may be effective. More careful, larger scale studies are required before we can say that these procedures rest on a sound empirical basis.
I have tried this treatment already and I think that to change sexual preference using this treatment is very hard or impossible. My sexologist ( I from Russia, in my country sexologists\psychiatrists never used this kind of treatment for paraphilias) doesn’t think that it will work for me, he advised me not try to change my sexual fantasies, but incorporate them in sexlife with partner. But I don’t have partner yet, and I think that to have sexual intercourse with girl will be very hard for me( I’m virgin) because I have minimal arousal from normal sexual activity. ..And now I don’t know what to do: try to change my sexual preference or accept myself (my masochism and transvestism). If sexual preference would be very easy to change than I of course would choose to change my sexual preference. But I feel that all attempts to change are vain
