So I got sidetracked with other things yesterday. Kids. Laundry. Technology glitches. Yesterday's food &exercise routine was simple enough (bc I kept getting interrupted and didn't finish :x That was nobody's fault. Just as much my ADD headspace as the external distractions.)

I only did some stretches and some ballet kicks. No bike. No ab workout. But I barely ate to make up for it. :?

Instant Breakfast shake
Timmie's coffee (gave the donut I won to my kid :) )
half-portion of leftover tuna casserole
4 oz. mandarins
glass of milk
3 glasses of water

No smoothie. I'm out of food bc my grocery shopping got postponed. At least I remembered to take my vitamins.

I suspect the next few days are going to be weird. I just caught myself checking out a boyband boy who didn't look much older than my son. That means my progesterone levels are spiking. I usually get angry and horny this time of the month, with sugar cravings. Angry and horny are easy to fix. I only need one stone for those 2 birds :P

But those cookie cravings... they're bloody awful.

That's good. :) So I take it you figured out that when you do those ab twist thingies, your right elbow will be nowhere near the floor on the left side, nor will the left elbow get too close to the floor on the right side? It's the right elbow that touches the floor on the right. The entire upper arm, actually. When you twist your body, your opposite arm will be parallel to the one that touches the floor and about 12+" higher, depending on how broad your back is.

Yesterday was crazy. I didn't eat until almost midnight. Bad bad bad. That's the best way to double your calorie absorption without getting the satisfaction of actually eating more food :(

But I had all these errands to run and I didn't start my workout until 8pm. Another good way to make sure you burn fewer calories and wake up sore. *sigh*

At least I didn't make a total fool of myself in front of the hottie who opened my new bank account. Damn these mid-cycle progesterone surges!

I could almost swear that at least 2 freaks from the AsPD forum have calendars full of big red Xs or smthg. Their timing is uncanny. One wants to have a type-n-tug session over email right now. Don't worry about me, tho. He seems like an ok guy. I have a creative way to duck out without being rude

Aaahh, bank dude...

And Lzzy... <3 <3 <3 Lzzy Hale. If I can raise the money for tickets, a Halestorm concert will be my reward to myself for losing this flub. :D

Yesterday's food:

Instant Breakfast shake in 10 oz. milk
Too much coffee. I was twitchy after a litre and drank another cup after that
glass of apple juice

3 bites of my son's chocolate eclair
2 Chewy Chips Ahoy cookies
I was good all week. I let myself indulge for one day :P
glass of milk
3 glasses of water

I split a plate of yummy chili nachos with cheese& sour cream with my son
(Bad Mom version with canned chili  )

But I pushed myself to do a full workout, even tho it's frikkin cold. Like cold enough for my toes to cramp up. I hate that feeling.

It's supposed to be between -25*C and -30 all week, so I won't be able to go for a walk for awhile. I'll have to stick to exercising inside and find a way to block the drafts in my apt. The thermostat is set at 80*F, but the lower dial says it's only 55ish. I still can't find my stupid space heater.

Yesterday was a total waste. -27* just like today. I ran some errands and spent the rest of the day shivering under a blanket. Brought my son food from Burger King.

I ate:
Instant Breakfast shake
litre of coffee
glass of apple juice
2 glasses of water

Burger King Original Chicken Sandwich
(just the sandwich not a combo)
5 of my son's fries
3 Chewy Chips Ahoy cookies
glass of milk

I understood what you meant cause i remembered all those Cindy Crawford workout vids i would watch as a kid XD
you know my height and weight im just trying to work out to become less tired - i was so out of shape it was embarrassing and to tone up a bit cause...skinny fat >< but its mostly cause of loose skin, thats what you get when you go from 180 to 110 in a short time

Today probably won't be very productive. I'll see if I get enough laundry done so I can wear enough clothing to do a workout without cramping. Right now I'm huddled over my keys in a huge faux fur coat. That's not so bad. I can usually get past that if I really want to exercise. How much I do today will depend more on how long my prune juice takes to take effect

^ Mood music for today
