Let me start out by saying I have a nightmare disorder. If I dream I only dream nightmares, if i don't dream I consider myself lucky.
So, I used a ouija board with some friends a few nights ago, we unfortunately spoke with what seemed to be a demonic spirit before we got our guide (the good one). There was more than 1 and they seemed to be aware of my sleep disorder. Ever since the first night my nightmares have grown worse than ever, not in a gory way, but more disturbing.
They have appeared in my nightmares, each night. They are trying to tear me from a certain person who strangely enough when I slept next to him I never dreamed.
Now, after the previous night from lasts experience with the board he threw the board out and they literally took over my dreams.
Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

I think you should start to see that maybe these nightmares are being generated by your own brain, and nothing else. You could argue too that they are only becoming worse because you are worrying about them more and more. If you could see them instead as being nothing more than 'figments' of your imagination, then maybe you can lessen the fear you associate with them. Dreams are merely thoughts jumbled up into a single story... ...they have no baring on anything we do, and we should not fear them. Instead, we should see them as a good sign that our brain is working creatively well.
Then again... ...I'm doubting this has helped you too much.

I might know something about this. What exactly did you experience with the ouija board? Can you tell me more about the person whose presence seems to prevent your nightmares?

I do this, omg is it miserable. We start every day waking from a nightmare.
Plus- i have never seen anything positive come from using a ouija board.

Never use a Ouija Board! Because even though you are trying to reach a deceased friend or relative you may not even be talking to them, and you can release other spirits, good, and bad!

It's just a board. It doesn't have a radio, It doesn't have a Porche, It doesn't come with bacon, yogurt or rocks from the moon, and, it doesn't come with ghosts.
It's just a toy.
The only power ouija board has in that every teenage girl who touches it instantly becomes a pathological liar...
