Newbie

Hi everyone!

New to the forum.. so I thought I'd give a quick introduction.

I'm 29.. from Northern Canada. Nothing really special about that I'm here just for some community support. Battled with psych issues since I was 13. Currently diagnosed with anxiety disorder and clinical depression... however, my doctor believes that this is incorrect and that I may be Bi-Polar. (I do agree with this... as depression alone just doesn't fit the bill for me). So waiting patiently for my appointment with the psychiatrist.

Also taking a course recommended by my therapist that teached coping strategies, to help get through the waiting.

I hope to get to know some of you better here!

Sorry to hear about the issues you are struggling with. It sounds really positive that you are following up on it to get some help.
