"Typical" day

Postby Percival » Tue Sep 04, 2012 3:46 pm

6:50, 6:51, 6:52, 6:53, 6:54, 6:55... WAKE UP SLEEPY HEAD!
Brush your teeth, eat your breakfast do you want me to pack you a lunch?
Candy for lunch???No hun not today, maybe after work
1 hour and 15 minutes till we gotta be out the door!
Cricket! Good mornin lil cricket!

Great, I have an hour before I can leave for work and that's just so I can get there 30 minutes early  At this point there is normally an argument about hating my life and why Kathryn can't just let me sleep, why we always gotta be early to workBlah blah blah, whiner

Final checklist before work
Backpack/Cigs/Tea Yupp
Snacks/Crayons MINE!
Did whoever pick clothes make sure it's ok for work? Looks good / Ummm you need pants hun
Wallet/ Ipod/ Keys Gottem
Anything else? Hoolahoop?Crickets?Cleaning products so I can clean the desk

Locking the door is always a weird one, I always have to lock the door, but Kathryn always has to check to make sure I did in fact lock the door AND that I put the keys in my left hand pocket he always puts them in his right pocket and then I gotta fish them out to drive
This is where it gets "weirder", my truck door is broken so I have to climb in the passenger side doorOr jump through the open window! So from time to time people see me getting into/out of my truck in a varied style of ways which we all laugh at, cause who would put 1 and 1 together like that One time I thought I could get out of the truck like Kathryn does but I fell and bumped my face and kneeYou gave us a black eye Bug  srry
Kathryn tends to do the majority of driving, which is a topic of much debate from time to time.I got our liscence revoked 4 times! However, she is really good at NOT getting into trouble with police, when she should be arrested on the spot half the time lol not laughing

The only "bad" part of the day is work.
Works for suckers, suckerI can look at Ponies!Dial, voicemail. Dial, voicemail... just don't look at how messy this desk is, focus focus :?

I hope I don't find myself face to face with someone going "huh?"

like the new boss you didn't warn me about, or even better, deciding that you can't deal with him and then making me come back from lunch to discuss what we do for work and Bug leaves ponies up and now the boss is like  adsfasdfasd

Thank you for sharing! It sounds very 'busy' and yet you all work together and are holding a job and getting through tough times as a team. My son worries about this; how his adult life will be; can he hold a job; can he function with all those inside who have different thoughts and desires and motivations... so I appreciate how you work for the good of the whole; all for one and one for all and all the tidbits and arguments that may occur - well, that happens in any family, right? :) Good job!

Thanks for sharing this! I enjoyed reading it. :D

I think it'd be pretty interesting to see how other people's "typical" days go (or any other days that they want to share). I don't know if you posted this for this reason, but I like that idea.

I don't mean to steal your thread or anything, and hope that I'm not. But I'd like to share something similar.

8-10am: get up, get up! we gotta do stuff! we gotta have time to do stuff before mikey goes to work! we gotta watch cartoons! We really should start getting up around this time. It is a good habit to start. Get your lazy @$$ up and go for a run or something. Sleep. Sleep. sleep! stay. stay with mate. Sleep.

11am-12pm: i'm hungry! i want breakfast! and i wanna watch cartoons! Can we please stay a little more focused this morning so we are not rushed as usual? food! sleep! momma? momma! Godd@%#it, you people are so f*#king slow! Shut up and leave me alone. God, I hate that f*#king brat! It never stops crying! Kat! Watch your language! She is not an "it", and she is not a brat. She's simply too young to understand certain things. Yeah, a young brat. good morning kat! Go away. Ugh. More sleep. More sleep. want stay in room. room safe. but will follow mate. I'm getting breakfast now. We'll watch cartoons while eating it. And relax, we still have 2 hours before we need to leave. It usually takes us two hours to get ready. I'll be fast today. -sigh- And that is what you usually say. Shut up, Rain. Take care of the brat.

12-2pm: i wanna watch more cartoons! :( Thought you wanted to get ready. but i wanna bath. not a shower. Don't have time, sweetie, you know this. ok... shower time! shower? water! splash! fun!
(15-30 minutes later...) Time to get dressed! i wanna wear this! want home! want momma! I would prefer it if we wore something respectable today. Cassie, your outfit would be cute as well. F*#k that sh*t, I'm wearing this. Screw you guys and your sh*tty girly clothes. I'm wearing this. Sh*tty? Say that to my face. I'm wearing this. Please, we do not have time for this. Which is why I'm wearing what I f*#king want, end of story. Rain, focus on the brat. but i wanna wear this! And no one cares what I want to wear, right? Whoever wore what they wanted to last doesn't get to again. And we either figure this out or I'm wearing what I want for once. comfy clothes. wear comfy clothes. stay in room. Besides, we still gotta put on our makeup. i wanna do it! We'll look like a clown if you do it. Let me. I would prefer to wear simple, respectable makeup today. F*#k that waste of time, just do some spot cover-up, we're good. Eyeliner, maybe eyeshadow, lipstick... Sorry, Luna, but I don't dig the "blue raccoon" look or the dark blue lipstick sh*t. Be quiet, all of you. What are we doing today? Where are we going? We wear whatever's appropriate. Got it?

2pm: Ok, do we have everything? I believe so, yes. Alright, so let's go drop Mike off at work and then come back. Unless... do we have anything to do while we're in town? Nothin' I know of. Let's get on the freeway and hope there's not too many stupid f*#king drivers today. i don't want mikey to go to work! I know, but he can't stay here all day like we do. can we get on our site when we get back? Don't we always? Yeah, and we waste a lot of f*#king time on there. Could be doing sh*t and getting sh*t done. But we are doing something. We're helping people and learning more about ourselves. and i wanna get on my thread!

After returning home (if we don't switch at all): our site! Netflix! Back to wasting time... We really should be doing chores. want home! want momma! Ok ok, I'll try to do chores. netflix! Smokin' time. F*#k everything else. What's the point? Let's put on some Netflix, smoke a bowl, and chill out. Smoking time! No motivation to do anything else... Let's just watch some Netflix, maybe do some art, smoke, and chill. room safe. stay here. stay in room. no leave. room safe. stay safe. wait for mate to come home. Focused on laptop. There's too much to do anyway. And I don't know where to start. Screw it. Great. Another f*#king day wasted. Way to go, @$$holes. Chill out, Kat. Take a hit and relax. Shut up. -sigh- our site! Ooh, I'm going to reply to these. I believe I shall reply to this one. Perhaps that one as well. You don't have to reply on every single f*#king thread, you know. We're replying to these ones. It's not a wasted day if I'm helpful. You keep tellin' yourself that. the littles!
And it's just another day.

Oh good lord! LOL! You know I say that with great affection!!! AND admiration at your ability to delegate, cooperate (even if it seems haphazard) and express yourselves!

I DO want to say that I really appreciate your help and comments on threads in the past and always look forward to seeing you guys/gals on the board. :D Without you (and some other really special folk) I would have for-real lost my ability to smile and cope months ago! :) Have a wonderful upcoming Wednesday!

Very interesting thread. I'm not comfortable posting about our days yet but it was really helpful to read and made me feel more "normal" :)

I think the most "enjoyable" part is that even though there are a lot of low points, the few high points are pretty rediculous, I'd dare say that the lows make the highs that much betterLike a super hero!

I always got in trouble for calling Bug "it" but I always told Perry if I wasn't real then I couldn't be in trouble, thats when the wheels started turning :P

My head isn't like that... is it strange that it isn't? Sometimes others make decisions without me totally present but they don't talk that way all of the time. Mind you, I am just becoming aware of my DiD...

I hardly ever hear the others as in audible, hearing them.
While I "hear" them all the time. (it's not like hearing someone outside your head)
I "hear" some of us and some of us hear others but not this and that one etc :D Everyone's different  It's okay, it's not weird!
It all depends :) You might hear them more and more the more communication you get too :)

I miss you all Bug and Katherine and everyone by the way [the initial posters] :D I hope you're okay!

This is really fascinating. I don't often hear voices, just the occasional murmur.

My day is usually a boring day with a black out here and there, with different amounts of time they last.
