This in written by me, the ANP, and dictated by A...

'Hello other little ones. I have been really sad and angry for about a month, all the time. But hearing what my big person read on here has helped me know that there are other little people like me. I want to say that I am going to try more and listen to my big part, my best mother who will be with me always. I think I'm expressing my feelings in unsafe way (by being horrible to the rest of us) and think that all these feelings are from a long time ago but I think that is so weird. I don't understand how I feel those feelings from years ago now. It is confusing. Does it confuse other little ones who hold not nice feelings too?

Want to say that yesterday I was a bit happier. I tired and didn't get really angry but when I did get feelings I regulated them :) It's hard and I didn't think I could control it before. I played with play-doh and we did some writing together. And we listened to Harry Potter audio book and had a hot chocolate :) Hot choc's are my favourite.

Do any of you really love hot chocolate too? I love it so much and I am allowed one a day!

Bye bye for now – our T says this to us and I really like it. Just bye for now not forever :) (waving hand)'

I just want to let everyone know that ninchen has integrated :).

She was around less and less this last month (she used to be around all the time), and for shorter periods of time - she went on a walk with me and went away - she delighted over ladybugs and went away - she hugged/loved Aiden and went away - and hasn't returned, not even for colouring or bike rides. I wasn't sure at first, but Jane and Aiden have confirmed it - she's a part of me now :), instead of a part who is separated from me; like she's my inner child instead of an alter :).

Jane misses her. Aiden thinks it's good, progress (he also had no idea how to respond to her affection, so is relieved). Not sure about the others. There is some confusion for sure, over the idea that what she represented/contained/etc (fear/flashbacks/etc) is no longer needed for us (because I can deal with it now), but I'm not sure who that confusion is coming from.

I credit this to the trauma work we've been doing together over the last few years. I watched her grow from a helpless/terrified/paralyzed/mute child to a well-rounded one - sometimes happy, sometimes sad, sometimes scared, etc. On that last walk we were on, ninchen was wanting to tell our T thank you for helping her be brave; I will pass it on.

This is amazing! 2 have integrated now :)
-Big N (usually grounded/OK/the host)
-little n (depressive child part; aka 'Jane')
-Aiden (obsessive/thinker part; no feelings)

Integrated:
-Sonja (preteen; happy/optimistic/good girl/social part)
-niva (teen; aggressive/frantic; lust/passion)
-ninchen (brave child; 9)
-Cedar (spiritual part)

Hi N,

This is wonderful news – congratulations :)

I wasn't sure at first, but Jane and Aiden have confirmed it - she's a part of me now , instead of a part who is separated from me; like she's my inner child instead of an alter .

That is so nice. I and the rest of us always wondered how it would be, and to be an inner child sounds really nice to some of my little ones.

There is some confusion for sure, over the idea that what she represented/contained/etc (fear/flashbacks/etc) is no longer needed for us (because I can deal with it now), but I'm not sure who that confusion is coming from.

I understand there is confusion, but this makes a lot of sense that you could deal with it now, so she no longer had to hold/contain/represent it separately.

It is so nice to hear that she healed. And it's a lovely story of how kindness and compassion will allow this.

I think I will be going on some nature walks so parts can enjoy more nature too.
