If a therapist is given you grief over an issue of violence, please and know very well, you offered it. I wouldn't play towards the guilt angle, but just know there have a moral obligation to not make it worse. So if it is indeed worse tell them all cite the early share of violent alter. My mental health building allow complaints we get very specific on when therapist are using their personality against us like we are their child or in a relationship we didn't ask for or understood the need for.

morning everyone,

So last night I recorded my sleep. And I was having a conversation with myself.
I would talk in my voice.. and then 'Chris' would open my eyes and respond. It was only really short and this is the first time I have ever seen myself do anything like this. WIthout hearing it from someone else.

I'm really scared
