Deep, slow breathing; grounding techniques (i.e. 5 senses - I like cold/tactile/movement, because when I'm overwhelmed my vision/hearing gets 'off'); chill pills; comforting the littles, telling them all the things they need to hear (i.e. that they're safe now, even though it doesn't feel that way, etc, etc). Those are at the top of my list... and just knowing that we will feel better in time. I hope you feel better soon.
-Big N (usually grounded/OK/the host)
-little n (depressive child part; aka 'Jane')
-Aiden (obsessive/thinker part; no feelings)

Integrated:
-Sonja (preteen; happy/optimistic/good girl/social part)
-niva (teen; aggressive/frantic; lust/passion)
-ninchen (brave child; 9)
-Cedar (spiritual part)
