About: Is the group's internal cheerleader and leads many external interactions. Also good at mediating between parts. Puts her own needs last or doesn't attend to them. Cheerful, joyous and kind to a fault.

Animal: Owl

Home inside: Floating island with an ever-blossoming cherry tree
Diagnosed issues: DID, Major Depressive Disorder, Dysthymia, Anorexia, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, possible Epilepsy
Previously Diagnosed Issues that are now considered incorrect: Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizotypal personality, Schizophrenia
About: Deals with everyday living, some days better than others.

Animal: Magical red dragon
Also known as: Isis, Genisis, Gen, Child of Roses, Golden Child
Home inside: Lives at the bottom of a deep, blue sea
Alter issues: N/A
About: Genesis is both genders and plays the role of mother and father. She rarely comes out into the body because of feeling great discomfort in it, but rather takes those who need comfort inside and keeps them safe and away from the outside world by wrapping them in her wings. She is very much a voice of reason to everyone. She has a mountain inside that is referred to as "Genesis' file cabinet" which no one is allowed to enter or dig through without her permission.

--Violet, 5
Role: Memory & Emotion Holder, sexualized child
Type: EP
Animal: Hyena
Formerly known as: Violent (changed because we didn't want her to be known by a negative name)
Home inside: Lives in savannah at night and treehouse in the day
Alter issues: PTSD, developmental delays (?), "feral" child, anger, claustrophobia
About: Violet is a bitey and rambunctious child who lives in a perpetual state of flashback. She does not recognize the passage of time and does not recognize the difference between part of us and part of the outside world. Originally called Violent, she holds very painful memories and a lot of anger and hatred.

--Sneaker, 4
Role: Happy child
Type: EP(?)
Animal: Duckling
Also known as: Amy
Home inside: Snoopy's doghouse by a river with lots of rocks to play on
Alter issues: N/A
About: Sneaker has two jobs that we know about
1) To play happily and distract people from the possibility of discovering bad things
2) To distract people from their own anger by hiding
Sneaker is not actually her name, but her nickname because she is good at sneaking and hiding.

--Scout, 7
Role: Angry child, boy, keeper of physical abuse
Type: EP
Animal: Dachshund puppy
Home inside: Warm towel
Alter issues: anger, sexism, bullying
About: Scout is an angry little guy who took a lot of physical abuse. He loves to play with cars and generally does not like little girls simply because they are girls. He has, however, learned to tolerate, his female headmates. He loves anyone who can play a mothering role to him.

--D9, 9(?)
Role: Angry child, memory keeper, conflicting emotions
Type: EP
Animal: Fox cub
Formerly known as: Nina (changed because it was a nickname until she gave us something she wanted to be called)
Home inside: She currently lives with Scout, but apparently has a cave.
Alter issues: selective mutism, anger, depression
About: D9 comes from a childhood nickname that varied with age which is why we think she's 9. She can talk (we've heard her, so we know she can), but she chooses not to do so. She is explosively angry and violent and does not understand how to deal with her emotions.

--C, 14 (age-slider)
Role: Memory keeper and emotion holder, sexualized teen
Type: EP
Animal: Tiger
Formerly known as: Libby (changed because she hated it)
Home inside: Bamboo forest/jungle
Alter issues: depression, self-blame, self-injury
About: The only alter to actively like the abuser, C feels a lot of confusion over this fact. She easily takes all blame onto herself and spends much of her time hiding alone or with Snow. She is very untrusting and reacts in the most extreme manners possible. She is extremely shy.

--Snow, no age or gender
Role: Memory eraser, emotion freezer
Type: Neither ANP nor EP (?)
Animal: Snow leopard
Also known as: Jennifer Anderson
Home inside: Ever-snowing mountain soaring into the sky
Alter issues: lack of emotions and empathy
About: The hardest alter to be co-conscious with, Snow deals with emotions too hard to handle and painful situations. She also spends a lot of time with C and is a suspected "split" from her when the body was 13-14.

--Victor, 54
Role: Introject
Type: EP
Animal: Giant peacock
Home inside: Dirty apartment building
Alter issues: extreme anger, bullying, fighting
About: The exact opposite of Ellie, the "anti-cheerleader." He encourages anorexia, encourages self-injury and generally talks about how the world would be better without everyone else. He is abusive to everyone internally. He considers himself a protector as he will come down on anyone externally trying to harm the body, but his abuse makes him a rather contradictory figure.

Animal: Tiny blue dragon
About: Appears at times of need, considered a spirit guide of sorts. Magical curative abilities.

--Blank
Animal: White toy lion with no face
About: Appears in times of emotional distress, not sure why Blank is there instead of Snow at times. Maybe a fragment? Has mentioned being on a different "level" than Snow.

--Moonshine
Animal: Monstrous opossum or rat (not sure)
About: Appears in the rare times Ellie gets upset and haunts the swamp. Considered very dangerous. Not sure if fragment or very, very vivid fear.

--Cowboy
Animal: Not an animal - a shadowy man
About: Rarely appears, not sure what triggers.

--Bastet
Animal: Sphinx
About: An internal superhero, definitely not an alter, but the term "pet" isn't right either. Imaginary friend? Spirit guide?

--Apple
Animal: Foal
About: Possible fragment, toddler with a definite inability to communicate either positively or negatively. Parrots a lot of things back. Not entirely sure of her name due to communication issues.

Interesting to read! We will have to re-map our system soon due to the many new discoveries, so it is interesting to read about other's systems! Yet a system of nearly 40 might be a bit to big to post, so I have to see if we decide to post ours. Anyway, thanks for posting yours too, I loved to read it

i agree with everyone! no matter how big it is or how long it ends up being, i would love to read more about you and your system! (and to add about the posting in pieces thing, you could wait a couple minutes after each post and use the posting reply boxes as separaters or something for the post. sorry if that doesn't make much sense, i'm not good at explaining what i mean sometimes. )
