I agree, there are too many lightbulbs here. It takes up a third of the first page.

These forums are a mess in itself, locked topics or not. Too many threads of the same subjects and too many nons asking IS MY GF BORDERLINE HERP DERP.

Simple answer, we don't know, take her to a professional. Lol.

Perhaps if there's a locked or sticky topic that you don't think needs to be sticky'd, we could list them here and one of the mods could look into it for us at some point to tidy them up a little. I agree that some of them are fairly old, but they also contain a lot of basic and helpful info on BPD. Personally, if I'd just arrived to the forum, that's the sort of info I might be looking for. But I do agree that there's quite a few there.

Maybe we need a sticky topic that is a resource thread where all info on books, websites etc could go, rather than having them all spread out in separate sticky topics.

yeah ok

for one the "Abandonment" topic, looks like it was locked by Flutterby Berrie.... (see last post in topic) I don't like it being locked, if it was locked because it was so old and being bumped then why is it stickyed up the top?

and I guess the only other one that annoys me is the "borderline dilemmas" one being both locked and stickyed

I understand the locking and stickying of the 'Warning' one and well the rest of the rest of the others aren't locked so really it's just those two, the "Abandoment" and "borderline dilemmas" ones I mean make new ones if you have to... but I don't see why they are locked... I mean I'm new here but yeah... those two topics annoy me that they sit up there full of posts but are locked.

I can ask what can be done about the old posts that are still showing up, but some of them are there for resources for new members. I know some are useful to some, and not others.

However, please keep in mind that Nons and BPD'ers alike visit this forum looking for support, help, and ideas, and this will remain. It is up to us to shed a more positive light on BPD, and how we can help others to understand.

If you don't share the same view, I apologize that this may not be the forum for you. Here, we try to remain as supportive as possible, and help those afflicted with BPD, both those who suffer, and those who are struggling to make a life with a significant other/child/parent/etc.

And with that being said, this topic is being formally locked, and any questions can be directed to me by PM.

Thank you for your cooperation <3
