Today was probably the most depressed I've ever felt. There were a few triggers, a girl, no money, no house, no job, no idea. I ended up with sharp shooting pains down my spinal chord, I could literally feel anxiety in the back of my neck and it was almost paralysing me. I couldn't really move and then started gagging/ vomiting. I went to the doctor, and there's nothing physically wrong with me. I couldn't believe that a depression could affect you in such a physical way as it did. Has anyone else had any experience of anything like that?

Hey Matri00,
When I'm depressed I feel really exhausted and heavy. It's like a can hardly move or think. Kind of like this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Y-Qgd5fb3QWith that said, I've never had back pain or nausea from depression. Maybe being depressed is narrowing your focus more intensely on this physical symptoms instead of producing them. What do you think?
Hope you feel better Matri00. Take care.

Hi
I am sorry you have been feeling so bad. The mind is powerful and can cause physical manifestations of emotional and psychological symptoms. i wonder if this is what is happening to you. I get achey when I am depressed and also very lethargic. I also get sick when I am anxious. I hope things settle down for you soon.
Hugs
Cracked
