Some effective weight loss tips include:
Do exercises daily for at least 30 minutes.
Avoid more fat and fast foods.
Include more fresh fruits and raw vegetables in your daily foods.
Drink plenty of water.
Take green tea daily.
Drink fresh fruit juices.
Go for morning walk.
Play some sports.
