it's really hard for me to lose weight, but i put it on quite swiftly. For women like me the only way to lose weight effectively is exercising (preferably every day) and eating healthy. Nothing else will help believe, me. There is NO such thing as fast weight loss, it's an illusion that will 'help' you gain even MORE weight.
So dear ladies, just be patient when losing weight. My advice is exercising to programs with claudia schiffer. They are old BUT SO effective, especially the ones for abs and legs.
