i'm like 5'3'' and around 140lbs
I wanna loose like 5-10 lbs mostly belly fat but not sure how, everything i read talks about eating this for breakfast and that for dinner but I live at college so i have minimal control over what i eat and how it's cooked. Sure there are options but i can't decide HOW something is cooked.

I always found that a good way to start to lose a little bit of weight is to keep a food diary. There are a lot of good apps for your phone which can help with this as well. Smaller portion sizes of the things you choose to eat is a good start.
