For me, I get a bit moody a few days before I start menstruating. I think it's normal for most women to get a bit moody just before, it's usually referred to as PMT (Pre Menstrual Tension) I think.
In a way, I am not defined by my dissociation. In a way, I am.

It's completely normal. The hormones inside a woman's body are out of balance because of all the blood and tissue she has to release from her uterus during that week. The week before and the week during her period are probably going to be volatile, unpredictable times where your wife's moods will swing from one extreme to another. Have no worries. :) It's called PMS (Pre-Menstrual Syndrome). Unfortunately for you, it'll happen every time she gets a period. Just bear with it and try to be as supportive and understanding as you can.

I am wondering that if the menstrual period exceeds the normal days , then Is it serious condition?
Can it dangerous for your body?

I don't think it's too serious if it's only a day or two, but if it's been three or more days after it's supposed to stop and it's still going, you should get to a doctor. That's a lot of blood you're losing, and a lot of fatigue, pain, and irritability to experience.

Maybe try to take some EPO? It helps for some cases.
This is almost unavoidable due to the hormone change..

is there a link between a worsening of bipolar symptoms with pmt? I seem to go off the rails severely just before my period, it's that bad my friends can guess by my mood! My partner swears I may have some kind of accompanying chemical imbalance, I don't know? :?
