You have found to have terrible feelings and should be given the utmost respect and advise...
It sounds like major depression. Depression is like having a giant weight over all your emotions. Anything you want to do, like excitement... it's no longer effective and things that make you sad... you can't stop thinking about it.
It would be a good idea for a professional to see you...a social worker first to provide help. If it keeps persisting, I would do the homework, have a socialworker on mind so they can evaluate what is going on.
If it's "depression", why are crying? This is such an excellent question. If depression is lack of emotion, how could you be depressed if you cry?
It's the time around the crying time that is interesting to note. You do not cry 24 hours a day. During those times, You might just stare into space. You might avoid everyone around you. You want to sleep and you just want to keep sleeping.... becasue the days are long...
Let's go for a walk... thought,(Why should I, what good would it do?"
Let's go to school... thought, (Why should I, I will just get bad grades, and no one likes me... not even the boys.
I want to sleep...leave me alone.
This is depression. I suffer with it! I know!
Depression is a subject that could take countless pages of writing. But the most imortant person in depression is not Family, or doctors, or healthcare professions... it's you!
For now, I would ask you to do this. Do you make a diary? If not start one. Each day...just jot words that come to your mind... and date them. This gives you a feeling of whats going on. If you can write more... like personal feelings toward you and everyone around you. If this depression persists, Go to school to the guidence councelor, who can have you call a social worker. See her. She can have an evaluation made. Now, you are actually starting something that can help you.
