Peeing more and pain in pelvic region

I’m a young teenager and have been passing urine much more over the past few hours than normal. I also have pains in the appendix???

You need to call your primary physician and be referred to a urologist. Or make an appointment with a urologist yourself.
If this is an infection, you don't want to let it linger. If left alone, it can spread and become more difficult to treat.
I'm not a doctor, but please find one to do some testing.

Yep definitely sounds like an infection. Want to call your doc, and get set up with some antibiotics asap.
