Constant breast pain?????

Postby ems » Sun May 03, 2015 1:32 am

23 yo.

For the past straight week I have had a constant breast pain, getting gradually worse. My nipples feel hard and swollen and they hurt with even the lightest touch. My whole breasts (both sides) have been in constant low grade discomfort/pain, especially when I am not wearing a bra. It can't be the bra's I don't think....I throw out and buy new bras every six months or so and get re-measured, and all of mine are only a few months old and are all very well fit.

So my question I guess is.......why are my girls aching like this???? I havn't had pain like this since I was going through puberty.

Any Ideas or ways to stop the pain? Massaging DOES NOT work.

Hiya..

First of all and i'm sorry for an obvious question.. but is there any chance at all that you could be pregnant?

If you're definitely not pregnant then have you recently started on contraceptives? (coil/implant/pill)..
If not then how about dietary changes? Maybe different medication?

Any of these things could potentially cause the discomfort that you've been experiencing but whatever the reason.. please do just get this checked out with your doctor/nurse to be sure..
It's unlikely to be anything to worry about but with any unusual pain it's always good to be certain,

xx

My breast are usually sensitive before menstruation, but feels the same when pregnant. So better check with your OB to be sure
