Muscle aches coming from...?

I have been sleeping well at night (ambien taken every other night), but i wake up tired and my upper arms are sore/achy as are my thighs, and I am very yawny ( ) is this a depression side effect/symptom? Should I go see my PCP, its been 3 days now

Could be a lot of things.... I sometimes get random muscle pains/aches and I believe mine is related to Fibromyalgia (which can be linked to depression).
