I didn't read it all but I just want you to know this is a safe haven. If there is something like that happening the admin, Sean, here will help you and will not ignore you. I have had to deal with things like this and such, and the admin has supported me. This was awful, but I hope you can move on from it. If you stick on these forums you'll find that if there is drama it is fairly taken care of.

So you don't have to worry about any of that again.

If you need someone to talk to, I'm here.

Peace,
Mike
I can carry the whole weight of the world on myself and not have a problem, but as soon as I add my own, it's impossible.

Never know what you'll learn today - maybe something new. Did you know [insert traumatic experience] happened? Well today you had that flashback! Gee whiz, isn't life just WONDERFUL? :D

Thank you so much, Mike!
Yeah, sorry about the lengthy post. :) I just wanted to put down the whole 'story' as truthful and complete as I could (yet I see I forgot some details), but I can see it is alot to read and understand. But thanks. Your response is really very welcome, I felt a breath of fresh air reading your words, and a sigh of relief.

Mainly to see and feel there ARE good and safe places to go, and to get a normal human response, like yours, as it should be, is just awesome. Such stuff as I experienced can really really mess with you.

Im glad to hear this is a good place and I went to check out, too, before I posted, how things are mananged here and it looks good.

Im glad you got the help here you needed and that it was dealt with really well. I think it is of utmost importance that on a mental health board, one should be able to feel safe and that things are taken care of well. I can take care of myself, but there are limits to what I can do when it comes to being abused on a site.

Anyway, good to be here and thanks for your response. Heartwarming 8)

It's okay for the lengthy post I read most of it just I have major problems focusing for that. I took my medicine this morning so it's starting to wear off. And it's okay - we all end up leaving some minor details out.

I'm glad you found relief. We're a very supportive community and bashing and such is usually not seen. If it is it's just someone who joined to start trouble really.

I understand this stuff can mess you up a bit, and I hope we can help you cope with it.

Best wishes,
Mike

P.S.
On YouTube, I always listen to dabiribd's videos. An excellent pianist. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NK4s0bCy0A

Salinger,
I noticed the site admin let me do the dirty work, but himself didnt take any responsibility, he let his members deal with such stuf.

Reminds me of that sarcastic truism, "No good deed goes unpunished."

I am not a mod here but have been posting for awhile here as well as other boards for mental health issues. The diversity of personalities found on forums like these makes handling the "differences" between members even more challenging than on less "emotional" boards. From what I have observed, the admin/moderators on this site are fair and above board in their handling of problems.

Any cyber-forum has the advantage/disadvantage of anonymity. Being "unknown" allows some people to tell their story without the stigma of being harshly judged or criticized. At the same time, the anonymity removes the "civilized factor" allowing some people to say spiteful and venomous things that they would never say to anyone face-to-face.

Sounds like the lack of spine from the admin at your previous site was adopted by the mods allowing mob mentality to reign. Sorry you were their victim.

Best,

N.

Amazing...you took 14 words to say what I did in 156. Good job, I wish I could develop essential brevity, Hemmingway!!!!

Best,
