Am I Being Verbally Abused?

"Sorry, just had to vent and I have no one to vent to in my family or friends. Oh, cuz I don’t have friends anymore."

Understandable that you have a need to vent, but may I ask why you don't have any family/ friends to talk with about personal issues? Don't have to answer that, if you don't want to--but your answer may possibly indicate something else about your relationship with your wife.
