Let me describe the snake to you in this true story I’m about to tell; this snake that bedazzled Eve was white in scales, green eyes and was barren of venom but gifted charm in abundance. You know the rest of the biblical anecdote, but this is the bit- the basic truth the snake has keep clandestine for 1000 millenia.
To give you the answer that you seek, first ask yourself this; what ever happened to the snake after Adam and Eve were cast out from the garden of Eden? Just simply look out your window and you will see the neonates of the snake.

To help simplify the snake’s descendants we will refer to them by their forsaken name of: Awierged (Cursed).
From the dawn of man, the awierged have had the most torrid start in life- famine, indigenous genocide, insurrections, exploitation and at one time in history they even came with a receipt. But for now, they have become equal in the eyes of the law. Very small tidings for a lifetime of being ostracized and then subjugated into bondage.

Fortunes change but the memory remains for the awierged.
They act with humility and the charm oozes naturally from their blackened scales (a curse given to them by God). With their forked tongues- they strategically place themselves in high society like pawns on a chessboard ready for their grand insurgence.
Insurrections are the fulcrum for the awierged to win the hearts of the homogenous that just so happen to be looking for a great campaign lever. The awierged need to escape the tyranny happening in their homeland and we as a nation have this bashful indiscretion of what to do for the mentally ill. And by giving this task to the awierged of taking care of the mentally infirm, they not only get to live in our homeland with a job, but they also escape their oppressional lives- and this is where the horror story that is the Mental Health System of today unfolds.

The unenvied task of treating the mentally ill/heavily strung-out humans in such a confined space (hospital) must be the hardest endurance test that 10 hours could possibly give out. This task falls gracefully at the feet of the awierged- fortunes change but the memory still remains, and here is the perfect opportunity to exact sweet revenge on those who have not directly encroached on the awierged’s freedoms, but the awierged feel that they have the right to defend themselves from the patients. Sadly, for the mentally ill- they just so unfortunately happen to be in an obsequious position that the awierged were once found to be bound too, no more than a century or two ago.

strength in numbers- the awierged have a stronghold by becoming the majority that work across the mental health system. A large proportion of them are agency staff holding the position of Health Care Assistant (HCA) and in the process, they add more discourse to the lives of the innocent in keeping them under subliminal servile degree, or if not watched properly the patient is no more alive than a stone. This is the truth of the matter but their brothers-in-arms who have a fulltime position within the hospitals across the country tell an anecdote that absolves any staff member of any ill treatment. Plus, the training given by strict guidelines on how to handle the vulnerably unlucky (Patients) helps absolve the staff from reprehensible behaviour because the training given to staff is far from egregious.
