My brother wants to beat the sh*t out of me

I was saying to my mother that she is taking advantage of me (because of my poverty of speech). As I was saying it, I raised my voice somewhat. Now my younger brother wants to beat the sh*t out of me; because he said to me one time, "Do not yell in this house again. Got it?" (As he was saying this to me, he was holding me against the back door). I then said "Yeah." Now he wants to beat the sh*t out of me; even though I did not yell. I raised my voice a little, and spoke somewhat sharply. But I did not yell.
