Assisted suicide

I'm still so confused as to why places like Dignitas aren't all around the world.. I'm 26, jobless and and probably will be for the rest of my life. I also don't have anyone other than my parents in life, i'm ugly and disabled and can't marry. The thought of being old, sick and disabled without anyone to care for me is so horrifying. I'm also scared of illnesses and painful treatments and undergoing all that all alone and would rather die painlessly before all that happens. I think people should have the right to exit life when it becomes too painful and/or they feel like they have had enough.
