This current political climate is brutal. I'm on the verge of getting annoyed by the lipservice coming from certain groups. I almost wish they would stop standing on soap boxes preaching and actually do something. If you feel that strongly about Muslims, invite a Syrian family into your home, donate $1000 to a cause you believe in, move to the Middle East and donate your time to help the cause. Actually do something instead of talk. Talk is cheap.

I actually did do something but now that I don't openly slander Trump I'm tossed in with the inbred gun toating cross burning racist right, simply because I'm willing to be open minded enough to acknowledge the fact that Obama did not improve a whole lot. More war and destabilisation, drone strikes, as his legacy.

I have trouble taking anyone seriously who stands on a soap box to prostelisize the rights of gays, women, blacks, Muslims, etc., until they have actually done something except talk.

Its only virtue signalling. Congratulations for impressing your friends.

But if you're serious, do something. Spend $1000 on a plane ticket and spend 40 hours putting together a plan, and then 500 hours implementing it. Until you have done that, you have no place to complain. Its a tantrum.

Stop wasting your time tantruming, if you're serious. Get a job and save some money and implement a plan to save the tortured and oppressed minorities which are keeping you up at night.
