People still defending this pillock need to have a word with themselves.

I'm sure approximately none of them would support a colleague keeping his job if they were on the receiving end of a twenty minute tirade of abuse ending with their lip being split open by a fist.

There's no PC agenda against Clarkson. Like many people, I used to quite like him, but now I think he's just a pig-headed, workplace bully, and Hammond and May are behaving like crawling toadies clinging to his cling-ons. They need to wake up and step out from his shadow at long last before they sink with him.
