Hey everyone

Hey. I'm a guy in my 20s who's been struggling with mental health issues for most of my life so far. There have been ups and downs in the process and I am currently in a severe low.
I'm here to have a place to talk about things mental health related and ask for advice.

Hi! I am new ... and old ... and? ;)

I post here because I have prior experience with BPD and FP! I recently met an interesting individual that seems to be interested in me as well. First Date: "I suffer from BPD!" ... ok, not new to me... I was "FP" before. Can I avoid going there again w/o losing this person? Help...

NPD

Hello everyone, I haven't been diagnosed with NPD, but I've been incredibly worried that I have it for years now! I've been doing so much research on this disorder recently that I realised I resonate with a lot of the traits, and this sent me into a depression and wanting to isolate from my loved on...

self-esteem issues since face flattened with orthodontics

My 14 year old daughter is traumatized by the changes to her face since having her 4 premolars extracted for braces. Her face sank inward, and she--once a beautiful kid-now has a recessed jaw line, sunken cheeks and a flat face. The changes in her personality are horrific to see. Once allways a chee...

Haven't slept in 3 years.

I wouldn't have believed it was possible for a human to go without sleep long-term. I used to sleep normally but could never sleep in a hospital. After I complained and said I wanted to go home so I could sleep, upon discharge the doctor said he was going to prescribe sleeping pills, which I adamant...

Permanent side effects from Zyprexa.

I can't believe I'm so unlucky. I'm not mentally ill. I haven't taken medications for years. I never needed the meds. Yet now I have permanent side effects. They are embarrassing. They tarnish my social life. I guess this was the goal for them in the first place: to humiliate and hurt me. I was norm...

Can I be able to overcome feelings of self-loathe?

I've been abused emotionally during my teenhood, from middle school to college, where I only have a year left to graduate. Since February, I've been on a progress of healing those emotional scars than the last few years, but there are some moments where I end up recollecting incidents of me enduring...

Why do they move after familymembers

Hello, can you give me some insight. I have seen now too women with histrionic tendencies move to another city after their sister moved first.
