well.. it's good to know that it doesnt really bother you. i feel like with knowing you have trich.. comes a lot of regret and shame. it's good that you skipped that step =] if you want to stop they have trich tricks..just stuff like you playing with an object and keeping your hands busy in a different way instead of pulling hair..

That was where I stood when I found this site, pretty much. Just figured out pulling had a name. It is really relieving to know. I hope you find people to talk to about it here and all. I'm not good with advice or anything, but I try. But it's always cool just telling people who can really relate.
