i read all of the posts and i want to thank you. you shared some tricks that i'll have to try and it all made me feel a lot less alien, and a little more human.
trich is a lot harder than anyone without it will EVER understand.. people will tell you 'just stop' and 'it will be okay' but,.. it's not that easy. here is the only place i've found where poeple actually can understand that.
i'm sorry that it's been stressful :/ but going from the beginning of your posts to now.. it seems like you've made progress and learned a lot along the way... so i'm proud of you
