hope for facial pullling. . .maybe

Hi, I am Jennifer, I have been "plucking" from myself for over a decade. I am 26 now (started at 14). -I began with nose hair (not sure why?) and somehow moved on to my eyebrows and picking maquera off lashes (thus they fell out and still do easily). sometimes I do pull out a few head hairs from sensative areas but not to were I have bald spots or anything. (I am a very bad split-end picker, but for whatever reason still have long beautiful hair? )
-Anyway, a few months ago when I came home from out of state (to clear head) I simply couldn't stop with the brows. for whatever reason it is only the first 1 inside inch on each side but still without makeup it looked really strange and I was very self concious about waking up in the morning with my eyebrows half gone. when my boyfriend noticed I asked him about perminate cosmetics to fill in the places I pluck from. . . he agreed and even paid for it. the whole procedure was $300. the first time I went in it took about three weeks to fully heal and then I had to get a touch up (most places offer 2 free touchups. it takes untill it heals to look right but once it healed I was really happy. -also, you can't touch them untill they heal so that was hard but the results were wonderfull.
I still tend to put in just a touch of liner for highlights when I go out but now when I wake up in the morning I can look at the person next to me and know it's not nearly as disconcerting to look at me. In fact you have to be about 10 inchest or closer to my face and really looking to tell that the colour is not actual eyebrow hairs.
*I just wanted to let others in on this or see if other people have done it for this reason, it helped a lot with my self confidence though I still wish to stop plucking. Results are supposed to last years, depending on skin pigmant. I got mine done a few months ago and am pretty happy still. I am also looking into eyelash implants once I am sure I wont pull them. I have lashes now but I know they will never be the ultra thick, long curly ones I want. those procedures start at about $200. -I will let you know if I do it and how it goes. Maybe this will give hope to some of you.
-J.
