Is it Tourette's or Inflexible-Explosive Disorder?

As a Child, I had daily temper tantrums at home, school, and almost everywhere else I was taken. I hated that I threw them and hated that they'd become central to my identity, but I couldn't stop. It was like something was always throwing me a curve ball. I couldn't go anywhere without kids yelling "Hey, Mental" at me. Did anybody here have the same problem? Is it Tourette's or Inflexible-Explosive Disorder?
