My doctor brought up tourette's

Postby balloyarn » Mon Mar 25, 2019 1:12 am

I was telling my doctor about these tics I've been having since I was a child. It makes it hard to do a lot of things like write or type because there's a tic with my hands I have to do and it ruins the flow when I'm typing. I have a dozen other tics from around my body (I've counted), and I have flareups several nights per week in which I'm doing all my tics constantly for hours and I can't stop. It's like scratching an itch, I can't ignore it. It affects my speech because sometimes I have to pause to do a tic, especially when I'm focusing on speaking. I've had these tics since I was a child, maybe 6 or 7 years old. My doctor says it's a possibility but that he can't diagnose me because it's not his area of expertise. Can any of you relate to this? Now I'm really wondering if I have it.

Hi,

sorry to hear that you have tourettes / tics. If you read my original post "The Cure for Tourettes?" you will find a lot of very useful info.

In summary I had tics when I was younger, - from around the age of 10/11, so a bit later than you, they are gone now. In my experience tourettes / tics are caused by mainly 2 things:

1) Exposure to heavy metals. Especially mercury. Research this and you will find every single person that has had excessive exposure to heavy metals, for example from their job, they have developed tics. This ranges from welders (that breathe in the metals fumes due to metal welding) to even in the old days when hat makers used mercury for hat making (research 'mad as a hatter'), they used to breathe in mercury vapour. Mercury is contained in all vaccines (they use it as a preservative) and amalgam tooth fillings. I am strongly anti-vax but whether you are or are not, it is a fact that you have been injected with mercury from a very early age. And even earlier than when I was. Remove the heavy metals (especially amalgam tooth fillings) and you will notice a drastic change in the number and frequency of your tics. FACT.

*mod edit*

with very best regards,
Alex
