Do I Have Ts?

Hello,

I am new here, I literally made my account today so I am a little hesitant about posting what I am about to say. Due to the fact that I do not know anyone that has tourette and that going to see a psychiatrist or psychologist is super expensive I decided to have my good friend "google" help me out a little, and that is how I found this forum! I am 21 years old and I have been experiencing tics for as long as i can remember. I have a few vocals tics , such as humming which i've had since elementary. I also have the urge to yell when my tics drive me crazy which mostly happens at quiet times but it hasn't really ever been a problem. There's also one that comes for months and then goes which is turning a phrase into a word "mynose"..Yeah don't even ask me about that... I have a few motor ones( I think that's how they are called) mostly wiggling my whole face, nose and eyebrows and such. Oh And should twitching! I am sure I have more that I cannot remember now and at times people have mentioned ones that I didn't even know were tics because I am used of them. I am obviously not looking for a diagnose here and since I cannot have one, what I am hoping for is some light and people's thoughts. It is very frustrating when people ask me about my tics and I don't really have an answer because I have not been diagnosed so I don't want to say I have tourettes because It feels wrong to say it without being sure,although I am not embarrassed of my tics, but they sure do cause me a lot of stress. Also I should mention that I come from a small island and that tourettes is not something that is known there..Like seriously we don't even have mcdonalds or that kind of stores.
