I have violent thoughts that coincide with my tics. I didn't realise they were related at first, but the more stressed I am or the worse the violent thought, the worse my tic is. I sometimes tic without the violent thoughts. What do I do?

Hi, I'm new here.
But I have something similar, those compulsive / intrusive thoughts are awful.
But stress is all around bad for mental health, and it also makes my tics way worse.
First, perhaps try to seek some help with a professional.
And second, find ways to deal with the stress and find ways to relax.
You'll find within a week that things will be more manageable.
