Tourettes Getting worse

Hey everyone. I still havnt been diagnosed but my tourettes seems to be getting worse not better with age. Now its pretty much every 5 minutes I have to tic, I havnt got more then half an hour break from this. Does anyone else have this problem with it getting worse?
When I go to the neurologist what will I have to do and can you suggest pills that work the best or thrapy?
