Need therapy

Hi. I was hoping someone could help me here or at least point me in the right direction. I feel that I really need to go to therapy. My problem is I have no job, no health insurance and no money to spend on it. Are there any ways to get therapy under these condiditons? I live in NJ. Thanks.

Well if you are wanting help from us, we can help you. There are no rules for therapy as you are saying. Just tell us, we will try out best to help you, or another thing you can see any counselor or professionals for help.
