Hi I am wanting some advice. . I was looking online and found a therapist that I think would be a good fit. The therapist has an option on their website to request a consultation. The problem is I don't really know what to say in the message part. I don't know if I should go into specifics about what I need help with or just my name and contact info? Has anyone else requested a consultation this way? I know I should stop being a coward and just call but I just can't make myself hit the call button? Any advice would be appreciated!
Thank-you,
Allie

Hi Allie. You should not go into specifics in your consultation request. Just schedule first meeting and see if the therapist is a good fit. After that will be easier to say what you want.
