Living with Dementia Questionnaire

Please take the time to fill out this short Questionnaire. I'm a Graphic Communication Student undergoing a project where I will design signs and graphics to help people with Dementia move around their homes better.

The more results the more accurate the designs will be and will ultimately help better.
