steroids as a way of life

Postby chemicallyenhanced » Sun Jul 09, 2017 5:56 am

i use steroids. And i've also become a self administered TRT patient. what that means is that i give my self testosterone injections at a low dose when i'm not doing a "steroid cycle." i'm essentially not able to make testosterone anymore so i must supplement it and counteract the ball shrinkage with HCG. on a cycle i go from *mod edit* MG a week to *mod edit* MG a week. i also add in what's called a anabolic steroid. that's another type of steroid.

as outsiders to this lifestyle, what are your opinions on steroid use? do you think it's normal? i know it's demonized in the U.S. and not the U.K. there are many countries where steroids are legal.

Steroids have their place in medical services.
I would only do them short term and under the guidance of your physician. Monitoring of liver functions and serum tests are essential. Never self-doctor yourself with steroids.
There may be unrelated neural or circulatory reasons for atrophy. Let you and your doctor decide the best course of action.
Steroids don't agree with all people and can lead to issues.
Bring your doctor into the discussion and proceed with caution.
Best of luck to you. :D

You say that you also use anabolic, which is what I thought the whole thread was going to be about. Are you self administering corticosteroids? I am not sure I understand if so. I get inflammation that I take a course of prednisone for. When I get the inflammation, I can't wait to start a pred pack. A couple of days in I can't wait for it to be over. It ends up being a trade - one kind of misery swapped for another. It makes me feel famished yet nauseous and very irritable. But is like magic for bronchitis, chondritis and reactive arthritis. They are all episodic, so I only take in response to an event.
Up and down
And in the end it's only round and round
