How do you stop stuttering for good. I can never talk to anyone or even complete a sentence in my head without stuttering.

I don't think there is an immediate solution for that problem, but there are therapy that you can follow as well as tips that can help you. Here is some breathing exercises that you can try.

There is a lot of information (good bad and ugly) out there and I have researched numerous techniques and approaches over the years. I decided to consolidate these approaches into one holistic approach and describe techniques i use. Everyone is different but i share what has worked for me and hopefully it will work for you or set you on the right path.
All the best
Jason

I tend to stutter when I don't have my thought process clear, or if I am thinking faster than I can speak. I try to keep my mind as clear as possible, and think of the words before I they come out.
It does help a lot, and my stuttering is pretty much almost gone. I've always had that problem when I was little. And my father had a stuttering problem when he was a small child. And ours were for the same reasons, typically because our minds were thinking faster than we could keep up.
Although, when I speak Spanish (my second language) I tend to actually stutter a lot. It's also because of the same reasons for when I stutter in English, but also because I am trying to find the words to express my view.
I think one of the ways that helped me with stuttering was actually going out and talking to people.
