Gangstalking/organized stalking

Does anyone have any idea on help for targeted individuals? I'm in a severe depression since it started and my life has no more substance. They do crazy things to me that are synchronized perfectly it cant be possibly done so perfectly
So what is it? Is it a curse? Witchcraft, demons? How is it done so perfectly with no mistakes

I'm in the same situation. But I managed to improve my outlook on thibgs. I would recommend daily exercise and a healthy diet. This will require a lot of strength from you in the long run.

I don't think it's demonic. Gangstalking is coordinated by a group of people using technology and devices. That's why I often see them with earphones and receiving orders from their phones. I don't claim to know who is behind it but I definitely empathise with the perplexity of the tactics used. It's so specific and well coordinated. Many times I have seen that they knew my location in advance and sent someone to harass me.

My recommendation is to try not to react to it. They usually thrive on your reactions and at times when you are afraid they can sense it from your communications and they tend to hit you harder.

So far, my stalking has gone down a lot and I rarely have anything happen to me. I think they realise at some point you have become resilient to their tactics.
