After getting healed from my shoplifting addicting, I binge spent on so much to feel the relief I felt from it. So now, I got a binge spending addiction. Anyone can help here? I spent almost 90% of my daily salary wage today. Advice on how to stop binge spending. Thanks. Does anyone else have this?

My best advice is to try and avoid the stores you binge at.
Do you know where the addiction comes from yet.

I didn't binge shop today. Looks like it was only a sporadic thrill. I spent as a little as 1,5 on a really pretty ring that I truly wanted, nothing else. I saved a lot today. I'm proud of what I achieved today. Spend very little, save a lot. That's one of my challenges in life now. I gave myself the goal to save enough to treat myself to a nice restaurant meal once a month or to a spa and massage session once a month. I really love spa and massage treatments, they're so relaxing. I once almost fell asleep on one of my muscle massage session. It really relieves any physical pain. So I'm saving a lot in order to go to massage and spa places more often a month. Maybe twice a month?
