Hi everyone, I have an intense fear of vomit. I was doing pretty good with dealing with it and than an event happened in my life where I came very close to vomiting so now I have this huge anxiety issue hanging over my head all the time wondering if I am going to vomit or if someone else is going to... I know it's weird.. Anyways I am interested to hear in other peoples fears and how they can get through dealing with it. Hopefully I can learn a few things from the answers I get. thanks everyone

I have a fear of driving. I only go somewhere when I can get the courage to do so. I suppose that's why I know so few people and have such a boring social life.

The best way to deal with your fears is to face them.
That can be the hardest thing to do, but the more you avoid the thing that causes you anxiety the worse it will be in the long run.
I've avoided things for so long, and a couple things I still have to face but it's really hard, however knowing how anxious and panicky I'll be when that time comes, once I'm there then it does go away.
